Refund policy

Returns:

All sales of fresh flowers are final, and returns of fresh flowers are not accepted. 

Refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, flowers are classed as perishable goods and are entitled to refund only if they arrive in poor condition, we cannot be held responsible for the natural perishing that occurs thereafter.

Any concerns MUST be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will replace any bouquets that are damaged or affected in quality during shipping.
  • Flowers require proper care. It’s the recipient’s responsibility to trim and water the flowers upon receipt as per the care instructions provided.
  • Please note that different varieties flowers will age at different rates. Some flowers in a bouquet WILL wilt faster than others.
  • Dislike of the arrangement is not considered a valid reason for return.
  • Because certain flowers may not always be available, we reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar varieties without prior notice, any photographs that appear on the website are indicative of floristry style, not a guarantee of the appearance of the bouquet you will receive.

To return non-perishable items and dried flowers, the statutory 30 day window for returns and refunds apply. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. The return/refund must be requested within 30 days of your order. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required, request can be made by contacting us at hello@wilderblooms.co.uk and quoting your order number. 

For returns involving flowers, contact us immediately upon receipt and send photographs to hello@wilderblooms.co.uk

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards 
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

After your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at hello@wilderblooms.co.uk

Shipping:

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

Workshops:

Tickets for workshops are non-refundable within 7 days of the event, if there are any issues please contact us at hello@wilderblooms.co.uk
