Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before delivery

Fresh Flowers:
- Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers I require notice within 24 hours of delivery
- Refunds/exchanges for perishable goods (fresh flowers) are only given in the case of the goods being faulty/damaged on arrival. A description of the problem and photograph may be required to confirm the issue.
- Fresh flowers require care from the customer and refunds/exchanges will NOT be given if it is deemed the flowers have not been cared for per given instructions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and goods should be returned within 14 days of your request to return.
- Refunds will be given within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- The customer is responsible for the return and associated costs.
